MUMBAI: Two weeks before its 22 May release date, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is already seeing brisk advance ticket sales on Fandango.com.
According to a recent Fandango poll of several thousand moviegoers, Indy 4 is this summer’s most anticipated movie.
"There are few screen heroes who inspire this kind of long-term fan following. It’s been nearly 20 years since his Last Crusade, so action fans have a pent-up desire to see Indiana Jones’ adventures resume on the big screen. With our healthy advance ticket sales, we expect an exceptionally strong turn-out on opening weekend," says Fandango VP Marketing Ted Hong.
