Mumbai: Image Entertainment has signed a multi-year distribution agreement with Big Vision Entertainment, a special-interest home video label.
The exclusive US distribution agreement includes all home video and certain digital rights to all of Big Vision Entertainment’s previously released programming as well as all future titles throughout the term of the agreement.
"Big Vision has a unique and marketable catalog of titles that cross many different popular genres," said Image Entertainment chief acquisitions officer Bill Bromiley. "We’re excited to represent their line of programming and will continue to bring retailers and consumers alike a strong slate of releases."
Among the many titles Image acquired as part of the deal is the popular Sci-Fi Channel series Ghost Hunters. Image will be releasing Ghost Hunters: Season 4 Volume 1 on 7 October, 2008.

"Image will bring our wrestling, science fiction, gaming and other special interest titles to a far greater audience, as well as help us grow interest in each of these areas to expand the market potential."
