MUMBAI: Lionsgate has acquired North American distribution rights (including Canada) to the EuropaCorp-produced action/thriller From Paris With Love.
From Paris With Love which has been directed by Pierre Morel stars John Travolta and Jonathan Rhys Meyers. The screenplay is written by Luc Besson and Adi Hasak. Besson has also produced the movie for EuropaCorp.
From Paris With Love recently completed production in France. Lionsgate has scheduled the film for release on 19 February, 2010. The deal marks the third collaboration between Lionsgate and EuropaCorp, following the studio’s distribution of EuropaCorp’s Transporter 3 last Thanksgiving and High Tension in 2005.
