Ace French footballer Zinedine Zidane will be back at Cannes where began his football career. But this time around the soccer sorcerer will be present at the French town’s famed film festival. Zidane will be the star of Zidane, a 21st Century portrait, while stating that the film directed by Douglas Gordon and Phil Parreno which has been selected for the out-of-competition section.
The 90-minute long film would show Zidane at his real best with footage of some interesting matches. Zidane joined Real over five seasons ago from Juventus and led them to their last European Cup to date, in 2002, scoring a spectacular winner against Germany ‘s Bayer Leverkusen.
