MUMBAI: Oscar winning musician AR Rahman will soon be attending the 2010 Grammy Awards. Rahman, who has earlier won numerous awards, has now bagged two Grammy nominations for his soundtracks from Slumdog Millionaire.
His track Jai Ho has been nominated in the category of Best Song written for Motion Picture, Television or other visual media.
He has also been nominated in the category of Best Compilation Soundtrack Album for Motion Picture, Television or Other Visual Media’ for Slumdog Millionaire.
The Grammy Awards will be held on 31 January, 2010 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
