BIG FM & BBC World Service ink content alliance

MUMBAI: BBC World Service and BIG 92.7 FM have entered into an alliance, which will take BBC’s entertainment updates across 32 of the network’s stations. The partnership allows for the entertainment updates from BBC to reach out to audiences not just across the metros but also cities like Agra, Chandigarh, Delhi, Jamshedpur, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Patiala, Rajkot, Ranchi, Shimla, Surat amongst others.

BIG 92.7 FM listeners can now enjoy The BBC World Service programmes which include: BIG BBC Minute, weekly entertainment film preview show and BIG BBC Mulaqat which is a celebrity talk show on weekends.

BBC World Service head business development Asia Pacific Neil Curry says, "I am delighted with our partnership with BIG 92.7 FM. This takes our position in the market to a new level as BBC World Service programming will be accessible in several Indian states and cities for the first time ever.
