MUMBAI: Radio Misty 94.3 will launch a new show devoted to ghazals, which begins from 21 June 2009.
The new show titled Shaam-E-Ghazal, is a blend of unplugged ghazals, mushairas and live on-air performance by ghazal singers. The show will be hosted by RJ Sunit.
Radio Misty CEO Nishant Mittal said, "Radio Misty has always believed in bringing to our listeners the best. Radio Misty has always done innovative shows to connect listeners. We at regular interval have listeners survey and according to their choice implement music content. On Sunday evening we want to have listeners more relaxed with soothing ghazals. The concept of the show is unique and exciting. Apart from ghazals later on leading singers will perform live at studios with listeners."
