MUMBAI: The music of E Niwas’ forthcoming movie My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves was released on Friday by Shah Rukh Khan.
The film stars newfound Nikhil Dwivedi opposite Amrita Rao, Mithun Chakraborthy, Anupam Kher, Hrishita Bhatt, Pawan Malhotra, Jawed Sheikh, Lillette Dubey, Saurabh Shukla, Mukesh Tiwari, Daya Shankar Pandey and D. Santosh. The music has been composed by Pritam and lyrics are penned by Sameer.
The film is presented by Sahara One Motion Pictures and will also be distributed by them. SRK’s Red Chillies Entertainment is the line producer for the film.
“I had not produced my first film, but was looking forward to producing My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves and was keen on having a reliable and knowledgeable line producer. Who better than Red Chillies could have backed me? I am grateful to them that they managed Om Shanti Om and my movie simultaneously and never let me feel that I was making a small film,” says Niwas.
About Nikhil Dwivedi, Niwas says, “I knew Nikhil since the time he was working with Videocon as the head of marketing and advertising. He is very passionate about cinema. Even Shah Rukh has known him due to his Videocon endorsement.”
Addressing the guests and media at the launch Dwivedi said, “If not for myself or everybody, I want to be the biggest star of this country for E Niwas. Only then shall he be vindicated.”
