CSI's William Petersen to attend MIPTV
MUMBAI: Actor and executive producer William Petersen, who played the lead investigator Gil Grissom in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, will attend the upcoming edition of MIPTV, the world’s entertainment content market.
CBS Paramount International Television, the international distributor for the CSI Franchise, along with Reed MIDEM, are hosting a press conference with Petersen, to celebrate the series’ success as the world’s most watched show.
On 30 March, William Petersen will be among celebrity guests at the ceremony for the International Digital Emmy Awards (IDEA), and will present the award for Digital Program in the Non-Fiction category.
“Through his immense talent and creativity, William Petersen, has brought great entertainment to millions of TV viewers around the world with “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.” We are very happy to welcome him to MIPTV and celebrate the huge success of the series with CBS Paramount International Television,” said Reed MIDEM acting director Television Division Laurine Garaude.
