Farhan Akhtar goes location scouting for Don 2 in London
MUMBAI: After shooting from the start of April to the end of June for his film, Karthik Calling Karthik, Farhan Akhtar air dashed to London to take a much deserved break. But news leaking out of the Queen's country is that the actor has put on his director's shoes and is location scouting for his next directorial venture, Don 2.
Ritesh Sidhwani confirmed to Businessofcinema.com, "The sequel to Don is certainly on the cards and we are planning to start shooting for it from next year."
So Farhan, who likes to plan out his films with a detailed pre-production schedule, has taken time off from his much deserved holiday and is looking for places that can add a new flavour to his film.
Farhan Akhtar had confessed earlier, "I make a film once in three years. And now my directorial sabbatical is over and I have to start planning for my film."
Although the acting offers are pouring in, Farhan plans to put all this in the back burner until he completes his film.
Shah Rukh Khan will continue to play the character of Don, as he had done so in Farhan's first film.
