Reliance BIG Pictures teams up with Brett Ratner for Kites
MUMBAI: Reliance BIG Pictures and Rakesh Roshan have joined hands with Brett Ratner for the international version of Kites. Directed by Anurag Basu, starring Hrithik Roshan and Barbara Mori, the film has two versions Hindi and English. Ratner, known for the Rush Hour series, Family Man and X-Men The Last Stand is currently at work on the English version of Kites and tailoring it to appeal it to the international audience. In the international markets Kites will release with the English and Hindi version simultaneously where as in India, the film will release with the Hindi version. It may be recalled that Reliance BIG Entertainment already has a development deal with Ratner's company Rat Entertainment. Reliance will create a development silo with Rat Entertainment and also has the option to co-finance resulting projects.
