Prakash Jha's Raajneeti to release on 28 May

MUMBAI: Prakash Jha's Raajneeti will release on 28 May, 2010. Directed by Jha and produced by Prakash Jha Productions, the film is presented by UTV Motion Pictures and Walkwater Media Limited.

The film features Ajay Devgn, Nana Patekar, Naseeruddin Shah, Katrina Kaif, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpai and Ranbir Kapoor.

Raajneeti was shot over two schedules – one in February- March 2009 and the other in September- October 2009. The film, shot completely in Bhopal and is now in the post production stage.

Raajneeti is also supporting Anubhooti, an NGO founded by Prakash Jha in 1991, to build a multi-functional hospital which will serve anybody in Bihar with medical services at the minimal cost possible. To fundraise for this, the entire cast and crew of Rajneeti have lent their support. Premieres and benefit dinners  will be held in ten cities across the world to raise funds.

Anubhooti, Prakash Jha Productions, and id8 Media Solutions have joined together to pool in every available resource for the construction of this hospital.
