Sonic & Cinedigm ink deal for phase 2 deployment plan of Digital Cinema systems
MUMBAI: Sonic Equipment Company has inked an arrangement with Cinedigm Digital Cinema Corp through which exhibitors signing on to Cinedigm’s Phase 2 digital cinema deployment plan may use Sonic for sales, service and installation.
Sonic’s program provides a one-stop opportunity for independent exhibitors and includes equipment choices - a custom designed Preventative Maintenance Program, extended warranty options, professional installation and attractive payment plans.
"We are pleased to add Sonic to those valued service providers we are working within our Cinedigm Phase 2 digital cinema deployment. Sonic has proven their capabilities to their many exhibitor customers over the years. We look forward to working with the Sonic team to help bring many of their customers into our Cinedigm digital cinema program as well," said Cinedigm Media Services Group president Chuck Goldwater.
"We are excited to be able to offer our program through this new arrangement with Cinedigm. We have chosen to be out front in the digital deployment in our industry and have built a talented team of technicians and sales personnel to handle the coming opportunities. We look forward to offering this new plan not only to our existing customers, but to any exhibitor considering the Cinedigm program," said Sonic Equipment Company director of operations Eric Olson.
