Zee to create roadblock for Prakash Jha's Raajneeti in the UK
MUMBAI: In an innovative marketing strategy, UTV Motion Pictures' forthcoming film Raajneeti will create a roadblock on Zee Network's channels in the UK with it theatrical trailer.
The movie is directed by Prakash Jha and the theatrical trailer will air across channels including Zee TV, Zing, Zee Punjabi and Zee Cinema. The trailer will air on 29 April, 2010, a day prior it hits theatres with Housefull.
It will be for the first time such an innovation for a film is undertaken in the UK by UTV. The trailer will play in primetime between 7:30 and 8:30 pm on the four Zee channels.
Raajneeti, starring Ajay Devgn, Arjun Rampal, Nana Patekar, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, is set to release in India on 4 June, 2010.
