NEW DELHI: The Indian International Jewellery Week (IIJW) 2013 boasts of 17 brands and designers showcasing the best of design in gems and jewellery through 14 glittering shows. IIJW, it its first New Delhi Edition promises greater grandeur and glamour than ever before.
Bollywood style diva Sonam Kapoor inaugurated the event by walking the ramp in a gorgeous designer wear by Anamika Khanna and designer Diamond-Kundan jewellery by Gitanjali Gems Ltd.
Lara Dutta strutted down the ramp in a beautiful blue gown and a Heavy Pearl and Diamond neck piece by Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas Jewellers, she also wore gold and diamond earrings that completed the neck piece.
But the show stealer this evening was Chitrangada Singh who walked down the ramp, for Hazoorilal Jewellers, looking like a princess in a red and bottle green velvet lenhga with cut diamond-Kundan shoulder to shoulder neck piece accompanied by earrings, a cut diamond bindi and a bangle.
Other Bollywood Actresses who walked the ramp for IIJW 2013 included: Yami Guatam for Nazrana (Rio Tinto), Ankita Shorey, and Shriya Saran for Gitanjali Gems Ltd.
