Shah Rukh Khan is extremely proud of his wife Gauri Khan, who is all set to start a new chapter in her life and its called The Design Cell. Gauri is ready to take her own path, both in terms of creatively and professionally.
Gauri has really worked hard and has set a fabulous interior design store, The Design Cell in Mumbai. Gauri’s daughter Suhana too was by her mom’s side, lending support to her latest endeavour.
A beaming Gauri stated, “Shah Ruk always wanted me to start something which was my passion and that’s The Design Cell happened.”
Congratulating and wishing good luck to his dearest wife Gauri, Shah Rukh Khan wrote on twitter, “Chaotically beautiful. Exquisite. The Design Cell exudes Gauri’s personality. I am extremely proud of her. Awesome Team Too.”
Gauri already runs a designer store with Hrithik Roshan’s ex-wife Sussanne Roshan, which she started with Sussanne in the year 2010, but Gauri always wanted to have a store of her own so her doting husband, Shah Rukh Khan not only extended his support but saw to it that Gauri’s dream became a reality.
Farha Khan too took time out and visited The Design Cell and later took to twitter and wrote, “Congrats Gauri Khan. Your concept home store The Design Cell is just fabulous.”
Well if one is discussing designs, arts, exquisite style and interiors how can one forget Gauri’s best friend Karan Johar. Well Karan was the first one to walk in and the last one to go. Karan too took on to twitter and wrote, “Gauri Khan’s The Design Cell at Raghuvanshi Mills, Mumbai is by far one of the best interior stores I have ever been to.”
From someone who used to host a weekly Hindi music countdown show, Oye, for MTV India in the 1990 to being wife to superstar Shah Rukh Khan to being a mother of three Gauri has come a long way.
