MUMBAI: ‘Lootera’ star Ranveer Singh confessed that he’s happy to be in vogue, with his now-infamous handlebar moustache.
Spotted at an event to promote his film ‘Lootera’, Ranveer was full of energy and exuberance, and was glad that his style statement (his ‘Ram Leela’ look of mustache and beard) has been appreciated.
In a bright sea-blue tee and jeans, with a printed hat, Ranveer managed to paint a colourful picture when he said: “I am happy that handlebars are back. Shikhar Dhawan sports one and so does Ravindra Jadeja. See how their luck is shining. I hope mine is as lucky for me as theirs have been for the Indian cricket team. I am glad and if I may say so, I may have started a trend.”
He even added: “I’m very attached to my moustache, I love twirling it.”
Sonakshi Sinha (dressed in a maroon dress), meanwhile, looked bemused while he uttered this.
