Aamir Khan along with the makers of Satyamev Jayate, have roped in Superstar Mohanlal for the upcoming season of the issue-based television show. Mohanlal will talk about various subjects that will be tackled by host-actor Aamir Khan in the show.
Mohanlal, has been brought in as the new addition this time to serve as the brand ambassador for Satyamev Jayate in South, which will help it to reach out to a larger audience in that part of the country. Mohanlal will be touching upon issues that impact citizens across the country, be it about Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi or Chennai.
“I am excited at this opportunity to be associated with Star India for the new season of Satyamev Jayate. The show highlights various social issues that are relevant to people across the nation. The concept of the show is very noble and an initiative of this nature, requires each one of us to come together.” Mohanlal stated in his statement.
Through his association with Satyamev Jayate, Mohanlal wants to communicate the need to come together, as a nation support each other to raise, discuss and find solutions to the problems that plague India and its people.

Satyamev Jayate returns with the second season starting March 02, 2014 at 11.00 am. It will be aired on Star Plus, Star Pravah, Star Vijay, Asianet, Star Utsav, Doordarshan and a differed telecast at 01:00 pm on ETV as well.
