Media asked Anushka that she had debuted with Shah Rukh Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and is presently working with Aamir Khan in PK, any two similarities and differences can she tell?
Anushka was feeling quite nervous answering that question, she even fumbled in the middle.
“They are both very unique. I find these questions very weird…. Aamir is Aamir and Shah Rukh is Shah Rukh. They both have their style of working and how they are as people. The common factor would be that I feel very inspired by both; they have worked for so many years. It just becomes easier to work with them because they make you feel at ease. Otherwise they are very unique and its so great that they both are unique, so we have both of them,” she said.
To this, Aamir Khan mockingly said that he is still waiting for the answer and said, “You didn’t answer the question, Anushka. It’s a very easy question,” he said. Nervously she replied, “But I haven’t thought about it,” I don’t sit on the sets and compare the two.
So Vidhu Vinod Chopra prompted her saying they both share the same surnames, and to this Aamir also added saying that we both live in Bandra.
PK is directed by Rajkumar Hirani (producer too) and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Siddharth Roy Kapur. It stars Aamir Khan as the main lead, with Anushka Sharma,Sushant Singh Rajput, Boman Irani and Sanjay Dutt as supporting leads. Hirani has stated that the film will be a satire on “God and Godmen”. So here’s looking forward to December 19, 2014 when the film releases.
