SRK, along with Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah were spotted at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 evening.
They were shooting for their upcoming film Happy New Year. Director Farah Khan was also spotted at the studios.
Happy New Year is scheduled to release on October 23, 2013. It is produced by Gauri Khan under Red Chillies Entertainment banner. Not many are aware that Farah Khan wanted to make Happy New Year in 2005. It was shelved due to Om Shanti Om.
Earlier Sonakshi Sinha, Aishwarya Rai, Katrina Kaif and Parineeti Chopra were considered to play the female lead opposite SRK, but in the end Deepika Padukone was finalized.
The music of Happy New Year is being composed by Vishal-Shekhar.

SRK and Deepika Padukone starrer Chennai Express, directed by Rohit Shetty and released in August, is a record-breaking Box Office hit. Chennai Express has the finest commercial director, a great actress Deepika Padukone and last but not the least King Khan.
