On an interview with Mere Dad Ki Maruti actor Saqib Saleem, talks about how director Amole Gupte made him a part of the film Hawaa Hawaai. Saqib talks about his role in the film. The actor will be seen as a skating coach.
People have liked the promos and already started comparing the young actor to superstar Aamir Khan, as Aamir essayed the role of a teacher in Taare Zameen Par. Saqib is undoubtedly enjoying it.
“If people make such a comparison, why should I have a problem? I have only done four films and if my film is compared to films like Taare Zameen Par or Stanley ka Dabba, and if I am compared to someone great like Aamir Khan, it’s a good thing for me,” said an excited Saqib in an interview.
“But I am not inspired by anyone for my character. It is my interpretation of a young twenty four year old coach. Comparisons will happen, but it is a good thing for me. They are comparing me with Aamir, for a young actor to be compared to a great, is a great thing,”
