MUMBAI: Ashutosh Gowariker’s epic romance Jodhaa Akbar is slated for a worldwide release on 25 January, 2008.
The change of release date is due to the fact that Jodhaa Akbar has an extremely demanding post-production schedule.
The film is a based in the sixteenth century and is the story about a marriage of alliance that gave birth to true love between the greatest Mughal emperor that ruled Hindustan – Jalaluddin Mohammad Akbar, and the fiery young Rajput princess – Jodhaa.
With Hrithik Roshan as Akbar and Aishwarya Bachchan as Jodhaa, the film is produced by UTV Motion Pictures and Ashutosh Gowariker Productions.
