This year’s highly anticipated Hollywood science fiction film Maze Runner: The Scorch Trails is creating a rage on Internet after 20th Century Fox released its official trailer online. Not only does the trailer look promising, but also it successfully creates curiosity while watching it leaving the audiences wanting for more.
Sequel to 2014’s The Maze Runner, the second film in the series of The Maze Runner has been adapted from the book The Scorch Trails written by Mark Deakins and James Dashner. The first film saw the lead cast of characters Thomas, Newt, Teresa, Gally and Minho amongst others escaping from the glade. The second part starts with the escaped runners searching for clues about the mysterious and powerful organization WCKD.
Game of Thrones fame Aidan Gillen, best known for his role as Petyr Baelish a.k.a. Littlefinger has a pivotal role in Maze Runner: The Scorch Trail. Much like his previous character, Gillen plays the role of Janson in the film who is a mysterious manipulative man that cannot be trusted. Film’s hero Thomas played by actor Dylan O’Brien has to get his friends and escape Scorch this time, a desolate landscape filled with unimaginable obstacles.
The official trailer looks very impressive with action sequences, mystery, drama and thrill on point. Directed by Wes Ball, the film primarily stars actors Dylan O’Brien, Kaya Scodelario, Ki Hong Lee, Breaking Bad fame Giancarlo Esposito, Rosa Salazar and Jacob Lofland amongst others. The film is set to come out on September 18, 2015 in USA as well as India. The film will be premiered in New Zealand on September 10.
