Directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Karan Johar, the film is set to release this year on festive occasion of Dussehra on October 22,2015.

Apart from this, Shahid will be seen in Abhishek Choubey’s ‘Udta Punjab’ starring Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Also director Milan Luthria who is known for giving a new look to the characters of his film had roped in Shahid Kapoor.

Not stopping there, the actor will also been seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s upcoming film ‘Rangoon’, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Shahid will be seen opposite Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan in the film.
