Arena Animation Nagpur launches Diploma program in gaming

MUMBAI: Arena Animation has launched a Diploma program in game, art and design at Arena Nagpur.

 

The course is designed to cater to the $250 million gaming industry. The curriculum includes four modules such as introduction to gaming, get gaming, game production and projects.

 

Arena Animation global head Anuj Kacker said, "NASSCOM report predicts the gaming industry to create 10,700 jobs by 2012. Realizing this, Arena Animation has designed a specialized course in gaming, art and design wherein students can look forward to a complete course package, offers training from the basics to hi – end gaming techniques that is in sync with current industry trends. Also, through seminars such as Perspectives Arena aims to create awareness amongst students about the unlimited career opportunities in the animation, gaming and multimedia industry."
