Saregama launches No One Killed Jessica’s music in Bigg Boss house

MUMBAI: Saregama India launched the music of UTV Spotboy’s film No One Killed Jessica in the Bigg Boss’s house on Friday, 24 December, 2010.

The launch was attended the host of the show – Salman Khan and the cast of No One Killed Jessica Rani Mukherjee and Vidya Balan.

Saregama India music head Adarsh Gupta said, “The music of the film is simply outstanding. Its unique while being contemporary at the same time and is very energetic and young. There has already been a lot of positive response to the promo of the song Aali Re that is on air. The music launch in the Bigg Boss house will definitely target the right audience. The show is extremely popular amongst the younger audience which gels extremely well with the film’s music.”

Amit Trivedi has given the music in the film. UTV chief creative officer Amit Bahl said , “Amit Trivedi has proven time and again that he knows the pulse of his audiences – Aamir, Dev D, Udaan, Iktara from Wake Up Sid, Aisha n No One Killed Jessica. He gives music that the youth of this country wants to listen to, at this young age n early stage in his career he has achieved what very few composers have. With No One Killed Jessica, Amit has reached a new height, considering the sensitivities of the subject, he has done full justice with each song depicting the mood of that moment – the songs range from melody to rock making the album a complete package.”

Priced at Rs.160, the album is being distributed and marketed by Saregama India .
