Actor Vineet Kumar Singh transformed himself completely for the role of a boxer in the film Mukkabaaz!
If you are seriously looking for a source of inspiration for transforming yourself, you should definitely look at the Bollywood actor Vineet Kumar Singh. Can’t recall the name.
Remember Danish Khan of the popular film series Gangs Of Wasseypur? Yes, the same lean and thin actor. Well, let us tell you that he is no more the same. The actor has transformed himself completely and that also for his role in the film Mukkabaaz.
Vineet was someone who had no clue about the sports of boxing. But it was his sheer dedication towards his role that he decided to learn boxing. At the age of 36, when most of the professional boxers decide to retire, the actor decided to become a boxer. To get into the right mindset, he even sold all of his belongings and moved to Punjab, so that he could get the right training.
The former Indian boxing coach, Harpreet Singh realized his dedication and devotion. And he helped him in achieving his goal. The result is something awe-inspiring and we would get to see it on the big screen, when the film Mukkabaaz will hit the theatres on January 12, in the next year.
The film has been directed by Anurag Kashyap. Mukkabaaz also stars Zoya Hussain, Ravi Kishan and Jimmy Shergill.
Vineet made his debut in the film industry with the Marathi bilingual film City Of Gold. He was also a part of the film Bombay Talkies, which was made as a tribute to the 100 years of the Indian cinema.
