The CW show The Flash had to have a slightly shortened season 6 due to the coronavirus outbreak, but the first episode of season 7 started off with a bang. Tom Cavanagh has been playing various versions of Harrison Wells on the superhero show since the very beginning, but this episode wiped out every version of the fan favorite character. It was a meaningful and poignant sacrifice, but that doesn’t mean that fans are ready to say goodbye to all of Cavanagh’s characters just yet.
