MUMBAI: Aamir Khan, better known as Mr. Perfectionist, finds his own ways of doing everything flawlessly. Apparently, the actor has been looking for a new residence, but has failed to find a house. Maybe he is looking for a perfect house. It seems that nothing in Bandra can match his requirement. The actor is now focused on Parel and Worli.
Interestingly, Aamir Khan already owns two flats. A 3 bedroom flat in Marina apartment where he lives with his wife Kiran, and another 2 bedroom flat in Bella Vista apartment, both of which are in Bandra west. The actor’s children are growing up and he realises that he needs a bigger space to accommodate his growing family. He is looking for a 5 bedroom pent house or duplex apartment ideally in SoBo (South Mumbai).
According to a source, Khan might also buy an entire floor and convert two pent houses into one. He has plans of shifting his base from Bandra to Lower Parel or Upper Worli. The source says, ” He needs more space and ideally would have continued his stay in Bandra. He was looking for a pent house in the area, but the deals didnt go through his expectations, and therefore Aamir is looking for a residence in SoBo. However, it will take some time to finalise the deal.”
On the contrary, another source close to the developments of deals says Aamir has already found a place, after scanning various properties, and it now seems that he has finally liked one and will shift there soon.
The actor is busy shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Dhoom 3’, so his wife Kiran will look after the shifting process. Even after the deal is signed it might take time for the actor to shift as he would have to take all his belongings and memories, archives of his family photographs, countless awards, fan letters to the new base.
Interestingly, the actor is shifting from the place he grew up in. Let’s see what the new house has in store for Aamir and his career. We think, since the stars have a swanky vanity van for their convenience, shouldn’t it be easy for Aamir to move bag and baggage soon? Then again, the fright of traffic jams, that must be something he’s still trying to dodge, Mr Perfectionist.
