MUMBAI: All the world’s a stage, and the men and women merely players. Taking a leaf out of Willam Shakespeare’s iconic poem, Tanisha set her mark on the stage for ‘The Verdict’ alongside Vivan Bhatena.
Tanisha is best remembered for her bold act in ‘Neal N Nikki’ alongside ex-flame Uday Chopra. The actress didn’t quite have a successful acting career and has now moved to doing theatre.
To support and cheer her sister Kajol and mom Tanuja joined in with several friends from Bollywood.
These included the likes of Juhi Chawla, Hema Malini, Rahul Bose, Jugal Hansraj.
‘The Verdict’ written by Divya Palat first premiered in 2003. Ten years later the film re-opened with a new star cast. The cast also has yesteryear actress Madhoo (‘Roja’) playing an important part.
With Kajol, Juhi Chawla and Hema Malini, the three divas gracing the play, Tanisha surely would have got some acting tips before hand! Time for second innings Tanisha.
