Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan is all set to visit Beijing earlier this week to attend the premiere of the Chinese version of “PK“. Reportedly Aamir Khan would visit two days before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit during which the two countries are set to firm up their ties for joint production.
Aamir Khan who has given many hits like 3 Idiots, Lagaan and many more is set to visit Beijing and Shanghai on May 11 and 12 for the premiere with director Rajkumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
Aamir’s ‘PK’ which created so much of controversies since its inception, will hit over 3000 screens in China on May 22. Famous Chinese comedian actor Wang Baoqiang has rendered his voice for Aamir’s alien character in the movie.
Aamir Khan’s ’PK’ was all time record breaking at the Box Office in India. Despite of so much of controversies against this film, the movie managed to win millions of hearts and created box office records.
Aamir’s “PK” co-star Anushka Sharma visited Beijing recently to attend the premiere of her film “NH10″ at the Beijing Film festival. Aamir’s trip comes two days before Modi’s first visit to China as Prime Minister during which MOUs for joint film productions are expected to be signed.
After ‘PK’ Aamir Khan will be seen in his upcoming film Dangal. Well, the casting of the movie is still on, and is expected to go on floors in few months. Filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari‘s Dangal is a biopic on wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, the father of Indian women wrestlers Geeta and Babita Kumari Phogat. The film encourages necessity for sports and one’s free will. It aims on educating parents to let their child follow his or her dream.
Aamir Khan has already started working for the film. The actor had revealed that he is currently weighing 90 kgs and all the weight he gained is for his movie Dangal. He also said that he is learning Haryanvi language and wrestling.
