Since its release, the Aamir Khan starrer movie “PK” has been a controversial centre of attention.
With the on-going protests by different political parties on one side and immense appreciation by the film industry on the other, PK has managed to grab everyone’s interest.
One of whom is Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Mr. Akhilesh Yadav, who recently declared “PK” tax-free in the state of U.P.

The CM made this announcement from his residence after watching the movie on Tuesday night and said that he regrets not watching it earlier.
He also calls out the people who are protesting to ban the screening of the movie across the nation and asks them to first watch the movie and understand the meaning it conveys.
He added, “All the trouble-makers are just too busy rioting and tearing up posters to have noticed what the film actually is about. I have made it tax-free so they can go watch it now.”
Amidst all the existing controversies, this decision by the UP government is surely going to change the face of the situation.
