Aarif Sheikh’s directorial debut Let’s Dance in post-production

Mumbai: Editor Aarif Sheikh’s directorial film Let’s Dance, produced by Dr Arvind Patel, has moved into post-production. The unit has just finished its last schedule in Kerala and is back to start dubbing and editing.

Sheikh won a national award for editing the film Makadi. Since then Sheikh has edited films like Maqbool, Taxi No. 9211, MP3, Aloo Chaat, The Blue Umbrella, Parzaania, Hattrick etc. His current film as editor is Chandni Chowk to China.  

Let’s Dance stars Gayatri Patel, Aquib Afzal and Ajai Chowdhary along with child artistes like Abhaas, Paras and Nikunj. It is produced under the banner  Advait Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.

The film is about a girl who runs her own dance school. She comes in contact with a bunch of street kids and hence begins a journey that is full of life, drama and fresh sparkle. It carries an underlying sense of social obligation but the story is treated with youthful appeal and feel good factor.
