Mumbai: Adlabs Cinemas, part of the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group and India’s leading entertainment conglomerate Adlabs Films, has opened at Pathankot and Kolkata. The new top-of-the-line two-screen cinema, MSP Adlabs, is Adlabs’ first cinema in Pathankot while RDB Adlabs is their first cinema in Kolkata.
The one at Pathankot is located at Jalandhar Jammu Bypass, near Indian Oil Depot and will have two world class widescreen viewing screens with a total seating capacity of 335 seats, exceptional food and beverage offerings, crystal-clear DTS sound, superior Xenon projection systems and plush seats.
Talking about the launch in Kolkata, Adlabs Cinemas COO Tushar Dhingra said, "We are very excited to make our entry into Kolkata. Salt Lake is a rapidly upcoming area and an IT hub. The new Adlabs at Kolkata is located at RDB Boulevard in Sector 5 of Salt Lake and will have three world class widescreen viewing screens with a total seating capacity of 1038 seats, exceptional food and beverage offerings, crystal-clear DTS sound, superior Xenon projection systems and plush seats.
Adlabs Cinemas is the largest cinemas chain in India and presently has 136 screens spread over 47 properties nationwide.
