Bollywood’s enthusiastic and craziest actor Ranveer Singh who was recently in news for roasting Ranbir Kapoor’s Bombay Velvet at IIFA 2015 earlier this month, now has all praises for the same film.
In a recent interview, Ranveer Singh was seen praising Deepika Padukone’s ex-flame Ranbir Kapoor’s Bombay Velvet. The actor said that he really liked Bombay Velvet and also some of the fine performances and film craft. He further added saying that he appreciates everybody’s work in it.
Bombay Velvet made news since its inception and also said that it is the most ambitious project for director Anurag Kashyap, but the film was failure at Box Office. After this debacle, Ranbir Kapoor and Bombay Velvet become a butt of jokes regarding the choice he made for the film.
As earlier we had reported, that IIFA 2015 host Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor left no stone unturned to make fun of Ranbir Kapoor and his film Bombay Velvet.
Gunday’ actors did not spare a single Bollywood actor at the awards night earlier this month. They sang nursery rhyme “Johnny Johnny” referring to Ranbir Kapoor’s character named ‘Johnny Balraj’ in Bombay Velvet.
They also said that Ranbir Kapoor should have been named a Roti in Bombay Velvet as his co-star Anushka Sharma was named Rosie, that ultimately means “Rosie-Roti”. And they both took the Rosie-Roti away from Anurag Kashyap’s pocket,” they said.
