All Good Films Should Do Well: Deepika Padukone

Bollywood’s most winsome, leggy lass Deepika Padukone says she doesn’t give too much weightage to the Rs 100 crore club.

MUMBAI: Bollywood’s most winsome, leggy lass Deepika Padukone says she doesn’t give too much weightage to the Rs 100 crore club.

The sexy siren, whose last two films ‘Race 2’ and the latest ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ made it to the coveted Rs 100 crore club, says she believes in focusing on doing good work, rather than chasing the elusive figure.

Seen at the event to unveil a new brand of eyewear, which Deepika has sported in the romantic film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, Deepika looked gorgeous in an orange knee-length lace dress and matching Vogue glasses.

Deepika confessed: “It feels good when your films do good business and is appreciated by everyone. It is an added bonus. But I don’t give importance to Rs 100 crore club. I continue to focus on my work and do better. But what if a film earns money but the film is not good… I feel all good films should do well.”
