MUMBAI: Bollywood fashion designer Anna Singh will unveil her new store – Anna Singh –The Trademark store, this weekend.
Besides being the pioneer in costume designing for films, Singh has been the official designer for various beauty pageants too. Singh has a record of designing costumes for 550 films, 150 ad films and several fashion shows.
Amongst her celebrity clients rank Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Anil Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Fardeen Khan, Ajay Devgan and others.
Singh has also designed costumes for Michael Jackson when he visited India. She has been awarded the Rajiv Gandhi Excellence Award and the Rashtriya Ekta Award for her contribution to the film industry.
