Arbaaz Khan’s Plea To Stop ‘Sardar Gabbar Singh’ Release Is Rejected By Bombay High Court

Already, Salman Khan has two case against him in the Court. Even after getting a clean chit from Bombay High Court for Salman’s hit and run case, this judgement is questioned and challenged by Maharashtra government in the Supreme Court. And, Salman’s Black Buck poaching case along with the allegation of possessing illegal and unlicensed weapons, still proceeding in Jodhpur Court. We all know, that Malaika Arora Khan has separated from Arbaaz Khan and he is falling apart because of this issue. Entire Khan Khaandan tried their best to bring Malaika and Arbaaz together but the unsolved issue between them has ended this marriage.

Recently, Arbaaz Khan knocked the door of Bombay High Court to stop the release of ‘Sardar Gabbar Singh’ which according to him, is a copy of Dabangg franchise and Salman’s character Chulbul Pandey. But, his last minute plea is rejected by Justice Gautam Patel and according to him this case was not important to deal with and he would give time to those issues which really need the Court and its time. Dealing with such cases takes away the attention and the time from those cases which deserve to be solved and given justice.

Arbaaz Khan and his legal team are shocked by this kind of response from the Judge and they said, such kind of a judgement has been declared for the first time in the issue of copyright. Reportedly, it’s said that the Court felt the character of Gabbar Singh in the movie Sardar Gabbar Singh is different from Chulbul Pandey in Dabangg franchise. Which rubbishes the case and allegations of Arbaaz Khan and his legal team who tried to stop the release of Sardar Gabbar Singh.[/tps_footer]
