MUMBAI: Moonwalker, the film released by Michael Jackson in 1988, is named after the popular dance technique known as the ‘Moonwalk’, which was one of Michael Jackson’s trademark moves. The film is a collection of short films about Jackson, several of which are long-form music videos from his Bad album. Moonwalker is now available on DVD and it celebrates the rare and unique genius of, arguably the greatest music icon ever.
Released by BIG Home Video, the DVD has a collage of short stories, with Jackson’s greatest videos and rare clips from his early days in the Jackson5 band. It also features live concert footage and his performances at the Grammy Awards. Also included is a wild adventure film written by Michael Jackson himself that gives audiences a glimpse into his creative mind.
