Riteish Deshmukh has turned into an interesting case study for the industry. His choice of films seems really amusing. So we thought why not throw some light on what Riteish is perhaps trying to do with his career.
Till Ek Villain, nobody would have believed Riteish can ever get intense in films. Yes, there was Naach which showed him as a brooding man but we doubt how many people have even seen that film. Forgetting this forgettable film, we figured that Riteish isn’t a bad actor at all! So why does he choose to do banal comedies and that Sajid Khan endorsed?
Riteish took a leap of faith and recently, debuted in Marathi films with Lai Bhari which saw resounding success. The film sees him in double role and both are meritorious. People are going gaga over the film. In fact, people are also impressed at the way he is producing Marathi films. He began with Balak Palak which was a major hit last year and now Lai Bhari. He makes the right decisions there.
All that makes us wonder is Riteish reserving his acting chops for Marathi films only. And while he is at it, he will keep doing lousy Sajid Khan comedies? An actor of his merit should also choose comedies carefully. Don’t you think so people?
