BOX OFFICE: A Mediocre First Week For ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns’

The first week total of Tigmanshu Dhulia's ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns’ is about Rs 182.5 million (Rs 18.25 crore) net.

MUMBAI: Director Tigmanshu Dhulia’s ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns’, produced by Viacom 18, starring Jimmy Shergill, Mahie Gill, Irrfan Khan and Soha Ali Khan, has had an average to mediocre first week at the box office.

As reported, ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns’ opened with decent collections of approximately Rs 34.2 million (Rs 3.42 crore) net on Friday. By its first weekend, the 3 day total of the film was in the range of Rs 121.5 million (Rs 12.15 crore) net.

In comparison, the week has been slower. Including the weekday figures, the first week total of ‘Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns’ is about Rs 182.5 million (Rs 18.25 crore) net. The highest contribution came from Mumbai, Delhi, and Punjab.
