Mumbai: Gorgeous Celina Jaitley stepped in the world of Bollywood with a disaster called Janasheen, inspite of her exposure the the movie was not a hit. What she earned from the film was only the title of a sex symbol with all her bikini shots. But her present status is shining like moon (Celina which literally means the goddess of the moon), the former Miss India career is on the rise and going great guns. First she was featured in the biggest hit of last year No Entry and followed it up with another hit Tom Dick & Harry, a film made at a reasonable budget. In between she traversed the world for the successful Heat world tour with Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Sushmita Sen and Preity Zinta.
Celina is now very excited about her forthcoming release with Subhash Ghai’s Apna Sapna Money Money where she plays an interesting character Saania Badnaam. She is also been signed for a 3 film contract with Ghai. Besides she is doing Vikram Bhatt’s Red, and currently shooting for Suneel Darshan’s Shakala Boom Boom with Bobby Deol & Upen Patel where she plays the role of a publicist.
Celina clearly has her hands full and is pretty excited about her forthcoming releases. Says Celina: “I’ve been having a great run since the success of Boney Kapoor’s No Entry, where I won the Kalakar award for best supporting actress. Touchwood, even in my forthcoming films I have this opportunity to essay different characters. I am really looking forward to my releases this year”
Definitely, Celina has all the reason to look forward to. She has also signed another biggie and will be making an announcement soon.
