MUMBAI: Friday night in Pune is where all the action will be as director, Kunal Deshmukh, along with two of his school friends will open their restaurant. Called Trikaya, it is situated on the picturesque NDA Pashan road.
Talking about his latest pet project Kunal said, “I have two pet projects currently. And the first is my film Tum Mile. Since that film is going to wrap up its shooting schedule in Pune on Friday, we decided to throw open the gates of our restaurant for our friends and celebrate it in style. Also, we will be ushering in Mohit Suri’s birthday since he’s a very close friend. So there are many reasons to celebrate.”
Spread over 15000square feet, the restaurant is a fine dining experience which will specialize in Eastern cuisine. Elaborating on his plan, Kunal said, “We will be serving Japanese, Mongolian, Korean cuisines as well as kababs. Every three to four months, we will change its menu.”
Many close friends of the Bhatts will be in attendance including Tum Mile actors Emraan Hashme and Soha Ali Khan, Imran Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Dia Mirza and Tanushree Dutta amongst others.
