MUMBAI: Sahara’s film channel Filmy is giving viewers the chance to express their feelings for film actor Aishwarya Rai.
The channel is promoting a shayari contest, called – Arz Kiya Hai, for its viewers from 14 to 27 June 2007. Viewers can SMS UMRAO followed by their verses addressed to Rai, to 9090. This contest is a part of the channel’s initiatives to promote its forthcoming attraction, Umrao Jaan.
The best eight shayaris (verses) will be selected and aired during the breaks of the screening of Umrao Jaan on 30 June 2007 at 8 pm.
