MUMBAI: The first look poster from Shahid Kapoor-Ileana D’Cruz starrer ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’ is zany, wild, crazy and very fun.
Rajkumar Santoshi, of ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’ fame has roped in Shahid Kapoor, to play the hero in ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’, and looks like Shahid will do full justice to the part.
The first poster from the film, as can be guessed from the title, reveals a uniform-clad police officer hero aka Shahid tearing a poster and emerging out into the frame. His feet kick the parchment, while on his face are a pair of uber cool Ray-Ban shades. In the background, we see a film clap, an auto rickshaw, and another cop flying about pell-mell.
Shahid seems to be in full form, as the hero-turned-cop in ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’, and he seems to be channeling the spirit of famous on-screen cops played by Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn, Aamir Khan and Sanjay Dutt.
Shahid was so excited about the first look poster, that he tweeted it to his fans early this morning.
