Recipe for Vanilla Cupcakes with Eggs
–Ingredients:
250 gms All-purpose flour/ maida
250 gms Castor sugar
½ tsp Baking soda
1tsp Baking powder
250 gms Butter
4 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla
3 Tbsp Milk

–Procedure:
– Preheat the oven to 170 C.
– Sift APF + Sugar+ BS + BP
– Add butter & eggs, beat for 60 seconds
– Stir in vanilla in the milk and then add that to the butter & maida mixture
– Mix it just to combine- 20 seconds
– Scrape down the sides of the bowl and give a final mix for 30 seconds.
– Fill it into the baking liners and bake for 20 minutes or until they spring back when touched.
– Leave to cool, transferring to wire cooling rack after 5 minutes.

Recipe for Eggless Vanilla Cupcakes:
–Ingredients:
3/4 cup yogurt
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 cup flour/maida
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
a pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp water

–Method:
– First, take a bowl and add curd and powdered sugar
– Mix it well
– Now add oil, flour/maida, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix it well.
– Add vanilla essence and water
mix it well until you get a creamy texture
– Add it to the baking tray
– Bake at 180°C/356°F for 15-17 minutes
