MUMBAI: HBO will screen 60 films in a special branded slot ‘Summer Cocktail’, a repertoire of successful Hollywood movies.
An eclectic mix of action, drama, adventure, romance, comedy, superhero movies, the movie bonanza will include the HBO Blockbuster of the Month, HBO Saturday Nights, HBO Friday Blockbusters and HBO Sunday Superhits.
Monster-in-law will feature in HBO Blockbuster of the Month premiering on 18 May 2007 at 9 pm. The Polar Express will premiere on the Saturday Nights slot on 19 May 2007.
A Sound of Thunder will air on 5 May 2007, and Cry Wolf will screen on 12 May 2007. The Exorcism of Emily Rose will air on 26 May 2007.
HBO Sunday Superhits brings all time hits to the TV every Sunday night at 8 pm with Suspect Zero on 6 May 2007, Virtuosity on 13 May 2007, Child’s Play 2 on 20 May 2007 and Child’s Play 3 on 27 May 2007.
Special themes such as Reptilian Rhapsody (every Tuesday night at 9 pm), Extreme Edge (every Wednesday night at 9 pm), and Team Double (every Thursday night at 9 pm) will also be aired.
A sneak peek into the making of Pirates of Caribbean – At World’s End will also be aired on HBO First Look on 20 May 2007 at 7:30 pm.
