MUMBAI: Entertainment Network India Ltd has appointed Reliance Capital’s Sunder Hemrajani as the managing director of its wholly owned subsidiary Times Innovative Media Ltd (TIM).
Hemrajani has also been appointed as the additional director on the Board of TIM. He will assume his office with effect from 12 November, 2007. At Reliance Capital Hemrajani was president – distribution.
As was first reported by Businessofcinema.com, ENIL has transferred its event management business division 360 Degree from TIM to Alternate Brand Solutions Ltd (ABS), which was set up as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Hemrajani, in a career spanning over 25 years in sales, marketing and general management, has worked with companies like Pepsi, Whirlpool and Hindustan Lever.
ENIL managing director AP Parigi said, “As the out-of-home segment continues to grow in the country, we realize that the quality of leadership will be the key business differentiator. I am extremely happy to announce the appointment of Sunder as MD for Times Innovative Media Ltd. With his rich experience, we will chart a new course for the industry in the country.â€

TIM, which manages Times OOH Media, will also be raising Rs 5 billion (Rs 500 crores) for marketing.
