RSVP’s ‘URI: The Surgical Strike has been on a record-breaking spree. Latest milestone the film achieved is breaking the record of “Gadar Ek Prem Katha which was released in 2001.

The movie has garnered 225 crore mark in the sixth week. Creating the milestone the film enters in the 200 crore club with all the glory, the Indian military drama has no plan to stop its victorious journey at the box office.

The film kickstarted its money-making journey on the first day by minting Rs 8.20 crore and headed towards Rs 35.73 crore in its opening weekend.

URI: The Surgical Strike is heading for records in the sixth week as it collected 1.20 crore nett on the sixth Friday.

The only other film in history to have the sixth Friday of more than 1 crore nett is Gadar Ek Prem Katha.
