MUMBAI: Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan unveiled the first look of their forthcoming film, Guzaarish.
The two have been paired once again after Dhoom 2 and Jodhaa Akbar, in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Guzaarish.
Aishwarya said, "Guzaarish is a very special film. Everybody has worked passionately for it. It is a beautiful piece of cinema and we are all very proud of it."
While Roshan said that Guzaarish is special to him because it changed the way he sees the world. "Guzaarish is more than a film to me. It’s a manifestation of one man’s vision and that is Sanjay Leela Bhansali. It has changed my prospective on the world. It has affected my life. 30 or 40 years from now I will look back and smile because I had the opportunity to do this film. Some films are made for commercial reasons and some must be made for the world to see and that’s the kind of film Guzaarish is," he added.
Roshan plays a magician in the movie who becomes paraplegic after meeting with an accident.
Bhansali said, "I want to thank Aishwarya and Hrithik. Aishwarya is very special. And I have never enjoyed with any other actor as I have with Hrithik just for the talent he has and for the kind of person he is."
Guzaarish will be released by UTV Motion Pictures on 19 November.
